A fire broke out in a workplace on the fifth floor of a six-storey building on Büyükbey Street in Talatpaşa Neighbourhood, Kağıthane. The Fire Department was called at 00:48 and fire crews from Şişli and Beyoğlu stations attended the incident. The firefighters, arriving at the scene soon, extinguished the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the workpace, no one was injured or dead.
