Fire Response Robot
It is a specially designed, remote controlled vehicle which is capable of extinguishing and cooling down through external water and foam connections, carries out positive and negative ventilation and is used in tunnel, forest, compartment and industrial fires.
Guide Rescuer Vehicle
It goes at the front of the vehicles in “full-vehicle run”, carries firefighters and auxiliary technical equipment, draws required water from sources like sea or pond for incidents. It is also used to discharge water in floods and flash floods.
First Response Vehicle
It is required with rescue apparatus like cutters and used to respond to rescue incidents. It attends initial fires and traffic accidents.
Multi-Purpose Vehicle
It has water and foam concentrate on it to be used as extinguishing agents in fires.
Narrow Area Crab Vehicle
It can go into narrow streets or areas hard to respond to fires there. It can make “crab walking”, that is to say “moving sideward”.
Ventilating Vehicle
It is used to ventilate smoke out in fires occurring in high-rise buildings, airports, factories, commercial buildings and warehouses. The vehicle carries a 95-kW diesel fan at the back.
Multi-Functional Robotic Response Vehicle
It has a sensitive manoeuvrability under challenging conditions through its advanced hydraulic controlled system and is used efficiently to handle heavy loads, in traffic accidents to remove vehicles and in fire and building debris operations.
6X6X6 Disaster Response and Fire Extinguishing Vehicle
It is a multi-purpose rescue vehicle equipped with dedicated equipments to be used in mainly earthquakes and also I floods, rescue and extinguishing incidents. It also has rubble and snow ploughing apparatus.

18-Metre Aerial Ladder Truck
It is used to respond to fire & rescue incidents and also to illuminate scenes. It has an automatic turntable ladder with an extra security mechanism.
24-Metre Conventional Aerial Ladder Truck
It is used to respond to fire & rescue incidents and also to illuminate scenes.
30-Metre Aerial Ladder Truck
It is used to respond to fire & rescue respond to fire & rescue incidents and also to illuminate scenes. It has an elevator system to enable quick evacuations in fires which many people are trapped by.
37-Metre Aerial Ladder Truck
It is used to respond to fire & rescue incidents and also to illuminate scenes. It is equipped with normal and thermal cameras and also has an escape chute.
52-Metre Aerial Ladder Truck
It is used to respond to fire & rescue incidents and also to illuminate scenes. It has an elevator system to enable quick evacuations in fires which many people are trapped by. All the movements of the ladder are automatic and PLC-controlled.
60-Metre Aerial Ladder Truck
It is used to respond to fire & rescue incidents and also to illuminate scenes in fires which many people are trapped by. All the movements of the ladder are automatic.
Water & Foam Towers
It is used to apply water & foam in fire incidents. The tower vehicles are 20-metre water & foam towers and 35-metre water & foam towers.
Water Tender (7 tonnes)
It is used to carry the required water in fire incidents. It is equipped with a pump and a quick-response nozzle.
Water Tender (13 tonnes)
It is used to carry the required water in fire incidents. It is equipped with a pump and a quick-response nozzle. The other water-supply vehicles are 10, 16 and 20-tonne water tenders.
Ambulance
It is equipped with necessary medical apparatus. It also has ventilation, heating and lighting systems in patient cabin.
Rail and Road Vehicle
It can go both on railways and conventional roads and it is used to respond to fires on railways.
Hazmat Response Vehicle
It is used to respond safely to hazardous materials accidents and fires. It is equipped with specialized equipment and modern devices which are used by skilled and dedicated personnel.
Octopus Hose Vehicle
It is used to provide water in a place far from a water resource in forest and land fires, to evacuate water in floods, to supply water to people during a disaster, and also after a disaster when collective accommodation is set up. It is able to lay and pick up its hoses on its own also to pump water from 20 km away to the scene.
Compressed Air Breathing Cylinder Filling Vehicle
It is used to carry full air breathing cylinders on scenes and refill the empty ones. It is equipped with a compressor driven by a generator. The compressor fills empty cylinders on scenes.
Mobile Communication Vehicle
It is used to provide communication for the citizens of Istanbul and the personnel on duty in case of disasters which could interrupt the city life in Istanbul. This vehicle is used as a service vehicle in normal time.
Forest Truck
It is used to extinguish fires which break out in forests.
Crane Trucks (40 and 50 tonnes)
It is used to lift heavy loads such as vehicles involved in accidents, blocks of concrete and fallen trees. There are two types of crane trucks: 40-tonne capacity truck and 55-tonne capacity truck.
Mobile Training Trailers
The vehicles are as follows:
- 5-Metre Simulation Training Trailer : Kitchen fire scenarios are conducted in this vehicle.
- 8-Metre Simulation Training Trailer : Bedroom and kitchen fire scenarios are conducted in this vehicle.
- 12-Metre Simulation Training Trailer : Bedroom, kitchen and industrial fire scenarios are conducted in this vehicle.
