Within the scope of in-service training for 2019, the Fire Department Training Center provided 16 hours of "Event Command System Training" in our Resneli Training Facility as theoretical and 8 hours of practical training through the "fire brigade e-academy" system.
Event command system training; to ensure the effective and organized functioning of interventions by improving the skills of the personnel who will manage the firefighting works, to provide the sensitivity of securing the work space before the intervention, pre-identifying the roles of personnel, ensuring that team building criteria are standardized in each unit, to provide the cycle of "Plan, Intervene, Evaluate, Replan", to provide coordination between teams training in the subjects.
