A fire broke out in a derelict building on Çilekçi Street in Gülsuyu Neighbourhood, Maltepe. The Fire Department was called and firefighters from Maltepe station attended the incident. The fire crew, arriving at the scene soon, extinguished the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the derelict building, no one was injured or dead.
