A fire broke out on the basement floor of a five-storey building on Kocamustafapaşa Road, Silivrikapı Neighbourhood, Fatih. The Fire Department was called at 13:06 and fire crews from  Fatih, Kocamustafapaşa and Zeytinburnu stations attended the incident. The firefighters, arriving at the scene soon, worked at high pressure and extinguished the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the basement of the building, no one was injured or dead.
