A fire broke out in the third-floor flat of a four-storey building on Karaman Street in Deniz Köşkler Neighbourhood, Avcılar. The Fire Department was called at 13:50 and firefighters from Avcılar station attended the incident. The crew, arriving at the scene soon, extinguished the blaze and rescued a woman and her baby trapped on upper floor. They were taken to hospital by paramedics.
