A fire broke out in the flat on the third floor of a ten-storey building on Bakü Road in Yenişehir Neighbourhood, Pendik. The Fire Department was called at 15:21 and fire crews from Kurtköy and Yenişehir stations attended the incident. The firefighters, arriving at the scene soon, extinguished the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the flat, no one was injured or dead.
