A fire broke out in a container in the construction yard on Gülbağ Street in Yenimahalle Neighbourhood, Yakacık. The Fire Department was called at 18:51 and fire crews from Kartal and Yakacık stations attended the incident along with paramedics. The firefighters, arriving at the scene soon, extinguished the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the container, no one was injured or dead.
