Children from foreign countries, including students from Palestine and Ukraine, who were hosted in Istanbul within the scope of the "International April 23 Children's Festival" organized by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, also attended the ceremony and shared the April 23 enthusiasm. The official part of the ceremony ended with the laying of a wreath on the monument by the Provincial Director of National Education Associate Professor Murat Mücahit Yentür, a moment of silence and the singing of the Turkish National Anthem. After the end of the official ceremony, İmamoğlu left the IMM wreath, accompanied by a municipal police squad, at the Republic Monument.
