In-service training activities for personnel continue at full speed. Istanbul Fire Department, which has increased the number of fire stations and the number of personnel accordingly in a planned manner in order to meet the increasing need and to reach world standards, aims to keep the knowledge and skills of the personnel at the highest level with in-service trainings.

On November 12th, 13th and 14th, 2024, Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Communication Academicians Prof. Dr. H. Kemal Suher (Dean), Prof. Dr. İdil Suher, Prof. Dr. Elif Engin, Lecturer Sinem İnce provided Communication Training for our personnel working at the Fire Department Central, European and Anatolian Side Branch Directorates. The training covered the topics of Communication and Stress Management, Conflict Management, Crisis Management, Contemporary Communication Techniques and Internal Motivation.

Our team rescued the citizens trapped on the hospital roof and inside the building and affected by the smoke, and handed them over to the healthcare teams.
