Every member of our fire departments, who risk everything to protect the lives and property of our citizens wherever they may be in our country, is a link in a large family chain. As the Istanbul Fire Department, we did not leave our colleagues in Konya alone on this sad day. Our delegation, representing our organization, participated in the official ceremony held at the Konya Metropolitan Municipality Sancak Fire Station and conveyed our condolences to the martyr's family, colleagues, and the Konya protocol.

As the Istanbul Fire Department, we pray to Allah for mercy on our martyr Mehmet Tekeli. We extend our deepest condolences and offer our prayers for strength to his grieving family and loved ones, as well as to the Konya Metropolitan Municipality Fire Department and the entire firefighting community.
