A fire broke out on the first floor of a three-storey building on Kubilay Road in Topselvi Neighbourhood, Kartal. The Fire Department was called at 03:07 and firefighters from Kartal station attended the incident along with paramedics. The fire crew, arriving at the scene soon, extinguished the blaze and rescued one person trapped on upper floors. The fire resulted in no deaths.
