A fire broke out in a three-storey workplace and its roof on 75th Year Road in Ömerli Neighbourhood, Arnavutköy. The Fire Department was called at 10:06 and fire crews from Hadımköy, Arnavutköy, Beylikdüzü, Çatalca, Avcılar, Bakırköy, Mimarsinan, Başakşehir, Şişli, Gaziosmanpaşa, Kocasinan, Ümraniye, Üsküdar, Kıraç and Kartal stations attended the incident along with the fire-extinguishing helicopter of the Directorate General of Forestry, which responded to the fire from air. 141 firefighters in 47 fire engines, arriving at the scene soon, extinguished the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the workplace, no one was injured or dead.
