A fire broke out at the basement floor of a hotel on Bankalar Road in Bereketzade Neighbourhood, Beyoğlu. The Fire Department was called at 17:13 and fire crews from Fatih, Beyoğlu and Beşiktaş stations attended the incident along with paramedics. The fire crews, arriving at the scene soon, extinguished the blaze and rescued four people affected by smoke. While the fire resulted in damage to the basement floor, no one was dead.
