Having completed their theoretical training, our 2nd Heavy Urban Search and Rescue teams began their practical training at the Istanbul AFAD Training Center.
Our teams were visited by our Fire Department Head Remzi Albayrak, Istanbul Provincial Disaster and Emergency Director Prof. Dr. Haluk Özener and our regional directors.
Our 1st Heavy Urban Search and Rescue teams had completed their accreditation process as a result of the training provided by AFAD in the previous period.
