For the 2025-2026 authorization period of companies that will provide chimney cleaning services in our Istanbul province, our Chimney Inspection Unit organized a Chimney Cleaning Methods and Techniques Training for the chimney cleaning personnel of the companies at the Bahçelievler campus of our Fire Department Training Center on December 4-5-6, 2024.
In this training, theoretical information on chimney cleaning methods and techniques was conveyed and practical studies were carried out. This training, which is carried out regularly in 2-year periods, was carried out with the aim of cleaning chimneys using the correct techniques and minimizing the risk of chimney-related fires.
