A fire broke out at the Metin Sabancı Baltalimanı Bone Diseases Training and Research Hospital, located on Baltalimanı Hisar Street in Baltalimanı Neighborhood of Sarıyer. Upon receiving reports around 06:16, fire teams from İstinye, Beşiktaş, Sarıyer, Hacıosman, Şişli, and Seyrantepe stations were dispatched to the scene. The fire was extinguished quickly thanks to the efforts of the responding teams.
While there was material damage, a total of 11 patients on the first floor, where the fire occurred, were evacuated to a safe area.
