A fire broke out on the ground floor of a 5-story commercial building on Yanyol Street in Esenyalı Neighborhood of Pendik. Upon receiving reports around 09:51, fire teams from Tuzla, Orhanlı, Pendik, Kartal, Kadıköy, Ümraniye, Büyükbakkalköy, and Sancaktepe stations were dispatched to the scene. Thanks to the swift response of the teams, the fire was brought under control and extinguished.
45 residents trapped in the building were evacuated by our teams. While there was material damage, no injuries or fatalities occurred.
