A fire broke out on the 8th floor and roof of an 8-story building located on the inner road of Yakut Site in Atatürk Neighbourhood, Ataşehir. Upon receiving reports around 07:23, fire teams from Ataşehir, Kadıköy, Ünalan, Büyükbakkalköy, and Ümraniye stations were dispatched to the scene. Thanks to the swift intervention of the teams, the fire was brought under control and extinguished.
While there was material damage, no injuries or fatalities occurred.
