The employees from private and public sectors received a three-day course on fire safety and carried out a two-hour drill in Kocasinan Training Center of the Fire Department (İBİTEM) and Bakkalköy Training Facility from 15/02/2016 to 19/02/2016. The technical personnel from the district municipalities took a course on “regulations on fire prevention of buildings. The chimney and lubricated channel cleaning firms authorized by Istanbul Fire Department had a chimney knowledge training. 582 trainees in total were given courses in the training facilities of Istanbul Fire Department.
