Istanbul Fire Department continues to carry out two fire drills, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon for the personnel working in industrial enterprises. With such training, it is aimed for the participants to gain the knowledge on the definition of fire, usage techniques of fire extinguishing devices and fire response techniques, and the skills of correct behaviours and proper responses. The drill ended successfully with a lecture delivered on the most effective extinguishing methods against fires including liquid & solid fuels.
