A fire broke out in an about 500-m² wheat and canola planted field in Mimar Hayrettin Road in Çanta Balaban Neighbourhood, Silivri. The Fire Department was called at 19:02 and fire crews from Silivri, Çanta, Büyükçavuşlu and Gümüşyaka stations attended the incident. The firefighters, arriving at the scene soon, worked hard and extinguishing the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the plants, no one was injured or dead.
