A fire broke out in the forested area in the vicinity of Elmalı Reservoir in Beykoz. The Fire Department was called at 14:21 and fire crews from Kavacık and Çavuşbaşı stations attended the incident. The firefighters, arriving at the scene soon together with the Flame Eagle and fire crews from Istanbul Regional Directorate of Forestry, extinguished the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the forested area, no one was injured or dead.
