A fire broke out in a factory on Old Silivri Road in Mimarsinan Merkez Neighbourhood, Büyükçekmece. The Fire Department was called at 09:20 and fire crews from Mimarsinan, Çatalca, Avcılar, Beylikdüzü and Turgutreis stations attended the incident. 37 firefighters in 13 fire engines, arriving at the scene soon, worked meticulously and extinguished the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the factory, no one was injured or dead.
