A fire broke out in a shanty house on Melek Hatun Cami Street in Mevlanakapı Neighbourhood, Fatih. The Fire Department was called at 01:36 and fire crews from Kocamustafapaşa, Fatih and Zeytinburnu stations attended the incident. The firefighters, arriving at the scene soon, worked hard and extinguished the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the shanty house, no one was injured or dead.
