A fire broke out in the second-floor flat of a five-storey building on Sarıçam Street, Hürriyet Road in Fatih Neighbourhood, Pendik. The Fire Department was called at 13:04 and fire crews from Tuzla and Orhanlı stations attended the incident. The firefighters, arriving at the scene soon, worked hard and extinguished the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the dwelling, no one was injured or dead.
