A fire broke out in a forested land in City Forest, Sultangazi. The Fire Department was called at 15:23 and firefighters from Sultangazi station attended the incident along with Flame Eagle, the fire helicopter. The fire crew, arriving at the scene soon, extinguished the blaze due to the air operation of the helicopter, which made three sorties and poured down 14.006 litres of water into the flames. While the fire resulted in damage to the forested land, no one was injured or dead.
