The Istanbul Fire Department non-stop continues with educational work initiated with the aim of creating public awareness for fire and disaster in every segment of society. Within this scope, 48 students from Yeşiltepe Knowledge House of Zeytinburnu Municipality visited Bakırköy fire station. They received training on fire awareness and fire extinguishing. The firefighters from Bakırköy station gave the kids essential tips on what to do during a fire. The children, enjoying their time in the station as well as learning essential things, had the chance to see the fire engines in Istanbul Fire Department closer. The training course ended with souvenir photos taken together.
