A fire broke out in a single-storey shanty house on Ensar Street in Nişantepe Neighbourhood, Çekmeköy. The Fire Department was called at 20:57 and fire crews from Yenidoğan and Ümraniye stations attended the incident. The firefighters, arriving at the scene soon, extinguished the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the shanty house, no one was injured or dead.
