A Tactics Desk Training course was carried out in the Training Centre of Istanbul Fire Department on 09-10th January 2018 for firefighters in order to develop strategies and respond effectively against possible incidents which can occur with the scope of their professional fields. Various types of virtual scenario such as building fire scenario, hospital fire scenario, well scenario, railway tunnel and road accident scenario were implemented in the course. After the trainees responded to virtual incidents, assessments and evaluations were made for each participant’s performance.
