A fire broke out in a shanty house on Bala Tekkesi Street in Mevlanakapı Neighbourhood, Fatih. The Fire Department was called at 11:15 and fire crews from Kocamustafapaşa, Fatih and Zeytinburnu stations attended the incident. The firefighters, arriving at the scene soon, extinguished the blaze. Two people affected were taken to hospital by paramedics.
