A fire broke out in a single-storey derelict shanty house on Kankardeşler Çıkmazı Street in İstiklal Neighbourhood, Beyoğlu. The Fire Department was called at 18:18 and firefighters from Şişli station attended the incident. The fire crew, arriving at the scene soon, extinguished the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the shanty house, no one was injured or dead.
