A fire broke out on the ground floor of a six-storey building on Bilezikçi Street in Bozkurt Neighbourhood, Şişli. The Fire Department was called at 04:25 and fire crews from Beyoğlu, Mecidiyeköy and Şişli stations attended the incident along with paramedics. The firefighters, arriving at the scene soon, extinguished the blaze and rescued ten people trapped. While the fire resulted in damage to the dwelling, no one was dead.
