A fire broke out in a mosque under restoration on Dereboyu Road in Ortabayır Neighbourhood, Kağıthane. The Fire Department was called at 15:07 and fire crews from Beşiktaş, Seyrantepe, Mecidiyeköy and Şişli stations attended the incident. The firefighters, arriving at the scene soon, extinguished the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the roof of the mosque, no one was injured or dead.
