A fire broke out on the roof of a five-storey building on Peykhane Street in Binbirdirek Neighbourhood, Fatih. The Fire Department was called at 16:18 and fire crews from Fatih and Eminönü stations attended the incident. The firefighters, arriving at the scene soon, extinguished the blaze. Two firefighters were taken to hospital by paramedics.
