A fire broke out in a two-storey workplace in Metal İş Industrial Estate on Bedrettin Dalan Boulevard in Ziya Gökalp Neighbourhood, Başakşehir. The Fire Department was called at 21:37 and fire crews from İkitelli, Başakşehir, Bağcılar, Bakırköy and Sefaköy stations attended the incident along with paramedics. The firefighters, arriving at the scene soon, extinguished the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the factory, no one was injured or dead.
