A fire broke out in a shanty house on Eski Saray Yönü Street in Sümbül Efendi Neighbourhood, Fatih. The Fire Department was called at 05:35 and fire crews from Fatih, Kocamustafapaşa and Zeytinburnu stations attended the incident along with paramedics. The firefighters, arriving at the scene soon, extinguished the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the shanty house, no one was injured or dead.
