Within the scope of the 2018 training programme, a “self-contained breathing apparatus” course was given to firefighters.

Within the scope of the 2018 training programme conducted in order to raise the efficiency and the capabilities of the firefighters by following the latest technological developments and innovations in the world, the 8-hour applied training of the course lasting 16 hours on self-contained breathing apparatus given via "E-Fire Academy" on a theoretical level was held in the Firefighters’ Training Center a.k.a İBİTEM. The course attendees received information about how to use and maintain self-contained breathing apparatus, the key points during SCBA usage, cleaning and maintenance, and the importance of this apparatus.
