Upon the reports received at around 02:50, our firefighters from Üsküdar, Zeynepkamil, Kadıköy, Ümraniye, Kartal, Şişli, Beşiktaş, Ataşehir, Büyükbakkalköy, Sultanbeyli, Çavuşbaşı and Ünalan were dispatched to the scene. Our teams, who reached the scene in a short time, responded to the fire with 46 vehicles and 125 personnel, and controlled and extinguished the fire that occurred in the operating room section of the hospital. A total of 56 patients in the intensive care and operating room affected by the smoke were evacuated. In the incident where material damage occurred, 10 people were injured and one patient died.
