IMM Deputy Secretary General Erdal Celal Aksoy, Head of Support Services Department Barış Yıldız, Head of Fire Department Remzi Albayrak, Branch Managers and officials from emergency response units attended the opening of the Emergency Health and First Aid Training Center.

At the ceremony, IMM Deputy Secretary General Erdal Celal Aksoy gave information about the center; This campus we designed to serve the people of Istanbul created with a 2600 m2 closed area, earthquake-resistant steel structure and versatile usable advanced design. Training halls and other areas were planned to be partitioned, enlarged, combined or their functions transformed according to need. All needs of our units were met and improvements and additions were made to increase service quality. Registration systems were technologically supported, the number of instructors, training halls and equipment were increased.

Our Emergency Health Training Center also has a simulation center where real and full-time training can be received. The purpose of this simulation center is to maximize the experience and knowledge of pre-hospital emergency healthcare professionals.

This center aims to increase the competencies of personnel specialized in saving lives in emergency situations and provide training using the latest techniques. Thus, a more effective contribution to the health and safety of society will be possible.

May the new campus of our Emergency Aid and Lifesaving Branch Directorate be good for our Istanbul.
