Electric vehicle fire in Zeytinburnu2 February 2026 Monday
A fire broke out in an electric vehicle in the -2nd floor parking lot of a 10-story building consisting of 3 blocks located on Mevlana Street in Merkezefendi Neighborhood.
Upon receiving reports around 23:09, fire teams from Zeytinburnu, Bakırköy, Fatih, Güngören, Beyoğlu, Şişli, Bahçelievler, Bayrampaşa, Bağcılar, Eyüpsultan, and Beşiktaş stations were dispatched to the scene. Thanks to the intense efforts of the teams who arrived shortly after, the fire was extinguished. While there was material damage, no injuries or fatalities occurred.
