As the Istanbul Fire Department, we are constantly improving our infrastructure and coordination processes to respond to every call in the most accurate and fastest way possible.
In the "Communication and Incident Management Coordination Meeting" we held with the participation of our Fire Department Chief Remzi Albayrak, our regional managers and administrators, we comprehensively reviewed our operational processes and communication network. To effectively direct our teams in emergency situations where seconds are vital, we evaluated the technical systems used by our Command Center in reporting and incident management. With the principles of uninterrupted communication, strong coordination, and continuous improvement, we are advancing our systems every day for the safety of our city.
