Widespread grass and forest fire in Çatalca19 July 2026 Sunday
A grass and forest fire broke out in a large area on Millet Street in Izzettin Neighborhood.
Upon receiving reports around 13:58, our fire crews from Çatalca, Hadımköy, Başakşehir, Arnavutköy, and Bakırköy were dispatched to the scene. Thanks to the swift response of our teams, the fire was brought under control and extinguished.
While there was material damage, no injuries or fatalities occurred.
