Fire safety training given to staff of Ambarlı Filling Facilities3 June 2016 Friday
A fire safety training course was given to the staff of Ambarlı Filling Facilities by the firefighters from Istanbul Fire Department on 1st / 2nd / 3rd June, 2016.
The Istanbul Fire Department conducted a three-day "fire and safety" training course at Ambarlı Filling Facilities. Within this scope, the personnel working in the facilities started to be trained from 01 June 2016 to 03 June 2016. The lessons carried out in the training were as follows:
- Fire structure and development, knowledge of LPG and natural gas, hazards on scenes (on the first day)
- Extinguishing agents and usage techniques, fire safety precautions (on the second day)
- Organising an emergency response team (on the third day)
The three-day training ended with the “search & rescue in fires” and “fire” drills carried out on the last day of the training course.
