The Istanbul Fire Department non-stop conducts fire drills so as to minimize effects of fire and to fight efficiently against fires in high-fire-risk buildings such as schools, hospitals, hotels and shopping malls. Within this scope, a crew from Kartal fire station carried out an educative fire drill at the Blood Center of the Red Crescent on Fecir Street on Mustafa Kemal Road in Cevizli Neighbourhood, Kartal. In the drill, the staff of the Blood Center were given information on fire safety and correct behaviours in disaster.
