A fire broke out in the sixth-floor flat of a ten-storey building on Hicran Street, Şahinler Road in Aşağı Dudullu Neighbourhood, Ümraniye. The Fire Department was called at 16:03 and fire crews from Ümraniye and Dudullu stations attended the incident. The firefighters, arriving at the scene soon, extinguished the blaze. The citizens affected by smoke were rescued and delivered over to paramedics. The affected people were taken to hospital. While the fire resulted in damage to the flat, luckily no one was dead.
