Fire & safety training in Kağıthane ve Büyükçekmece24 June 2016 Friday

Fire & safety training given to the staffs of Kağıthane and Büyükçekmece District National Education Directorates

The three-day courses of fire & safety training were given to the staffs of Kağıthane and Büyükçekmece District National Education Directorates on 20-21-22 June and 22-23-24 June 2016.

The trainees received information on the following subjects:

Combustion and fundamentals of fire
Fundamentals of LPG and natural gas
Hazards on fire scenes
Extinguishing agents and using techniques
Fire safety precautions and organisation in enterprises.
How to organize an emergency response team

Then they had fire drill in the last parts of the courses. With this training, the participants learned how to inform the Fire Department of a fire and also they acquired the skills of responding to small fires without risking their lives.
