A fire broke out in a power unit room on the basement floor of the Siyavuş Paşa Girls' Vocational School on Egemenlik Road in Kocasinan Merkez Neighbourhood, Bahçelievler. The Fire Department was called at 15:43 and firefighters from Kocasinan Station attended the incident. The fire crew, arriving at the scene soon, extinguished the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the power unit, no one was injured or dead.
