A fire broke out in the third-floor flat of a five-storey building on Karanlıkkapı Street in Ayvansaray Neighbourhood, Fatih. The Fire Department was called at 16:33 and fire crews from Balat, Fatih and Eminönü stations attended the incident. The firefighters, arriving at the scene soon, extinguished the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the flat, no one was injured or dead.
