It was informed that some people got trapped in their home due to the collapse of the staircase of a two-storey building on Çanakkale Road in Esentepe Neighbourhood, Kartal. The Fire Department was called at 18:39 and firefighters from Kartal fire station attended the incident. The crew, arriving at the scene soon, worked meticulously and rescued two people trapped in their home. The firefighters returned to the station with the joy of rescuing people in need of help.
