The Istanbul Fire Department non-stop continues with educational work initiated with the aim of creating public awareness for disaster in every segment of society. Within this scope, a crew from Kayışdağı fire station carried out an educative fire drill at Şehit Osman Yılmaz Anatolian Imam Hatip Girls' High School. In the first part of the drill, the students were given information on fire and knowledge of combustion, hazards on fire scene, fire extinguishers and their usage, methods of proper actions in fires and disasters, and pre-fire measures to be taken. In the second part, the students wearing training clothes conducted a fire drill.
