A fire broke out in a restaurant on the ground floor of a six-storey hotel on E-5 Motorway in Turgut Özal Neighbourhood, Avcılar. The Fire Department was called at 03:41 and fire crews from Avcılar, Beylikdüzü and Yakuplu stations attended the incident. The firefighters, arriving at the scene soon, worked hard and meticulously, and extinguished the blaze. While the fire resulted in damage to the restaurant, no one was injured or dead.
